We are very aware of the concerns clients have with the ongoing maintenance and servicing of property purchased abroad. We, at Mar Menor Management, can erase all those concerns by taking good care of your property in your absence.

We have a comprehensive management service structure which can be tailor made to suit your individual needs. You will arrive at your property which has been cleaned, beds made, fresh towels and a food pack waiting for you. This service can apply to you, your friends and family or your commercial renters. We can arrange taxi pick up from the airport, car hire if you prefer and many services to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Each of our properties has comprehensive booklet with details of all services you may require, restaurants, baby sitting, Golf Tee times etc and includes emergency services, both local and at Consulate level. La Manga Club has its own Doctors surgery with 24 hour call out and the resort is situated near to hospitals with excellent medical facilities both reciprocal to the UK’s National Health system and the Private sector.

Our standard Management agreement consists of a monthly inspection and property airing together with a full check on electrics, all plumbing and security. Do you know that La Manga Club is one of the most secure places in Spain to own a property? We have an excellent security team who will advise you, without charge, on all aspects of securing your property.
